Sophie Walker is best known as the founder of Australian Birth Stories, a podcast and platform which supports and encourages pregnant women to get educated and actively prepare for birth.

A mum of three with a master’s degree in public health and a passion for empowering women on their journey into motherhood, Sophie, and the equally fabulous Jodi Wilson, writer, prenatal yoga teacher and founder of Practising Simplicity, have just birthed their first book together The Complete Australian Guide to Pregnancy and Birth.

However, Sophie also has a fascinating business story. For starters, she built her million-dollar empire from the back of her Nissan X-Trail, and now does 6-figure deals, managing a podcast with more than 10 million downloads.
